23 November Wolfenoot Trail

Welcome to KCH3’s inaugural hash of Wolfenoot
We are going to meet up at the parking lot of Bar-K. We have been here for several hashes but as always be prepared for changes due to some sporting event or gathering we haven’t foreseen occurring. I will update the event as needed.

For those of you who have never heard of it, it is a “A Celebration of Canines and Kindness”. The short version is that this holiday was made up by a 7-year-old who thought wolves were cool.
You get to eat meat and cake and have small presents (because this was a holiday made by a 7yo). But you also have to be kind to dog and other people and howl when you can.

This is explicitly turd-friendly. And will be a short-ish trail but will end up back at Bar-K so dogs can be doggos. I will throw some extra miles in for the wolves among you. We are getting into the colder months so keep an eye on the weather.

Welcum to the BIG Lebowski Trail. On-On! Come dressed up in your favorite robe to embody “the Dude” as we get revenge for our ruined rug!

On-After will be at the bowling alley so stay, eat, drink, and bowl if you care!

9 November Hashers Not Trashers Cleanup and Trail

EARLY START at 1200 FOR CLEAN UP at Cave Spring Park 8701 E Gregory Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64133

We will be helping my neighbor who is assisting a local park with invasive removal and beautification.

Trail will be at 1400 after we help kill some honeysuckles, invasives, and beautify a local park and historical place!

Bring: sturdy shoes, eye protection, gloves (I will have extras), hand saws/ bow saws (NO CHAINSAWS due to liability stuff), loppers, and some knee protection!

Water/ soda will be on hand, no beer until we are done though!

Trail will be easy, a nice walk through the woods with a beer or two.
