8 June 2019 Kickboxing Trail Part Duex – Rumble and Stumble

Bloodsport and >3 will be your hares! Little did y’all know, Justin teaches kickboxing as well and this will be his first hare.. so be prepared for a great trail.

Trail will start at my kickboxing studio with a 30 minute kickboxing class. Class will start at 2:15. Hares away around 3pm.More details to come. Gloves provided. Hash Cash $5

No shiggy on trail! Please wear clothes you are comfortable working out in. Class will be half an hour, followed by about four miles of trail.

As of now, it looks like Saturday will be rain-free and sunny!

It’s summer and time to get back into hashing.

Trail is less than 4 miles if you don’t get lost or follow all the false ones, it’s doggie friendly, you may encounter some interesting people along the way, it could be challenging and it will be laid live. The trail name should give you a clue.

There won’t be much shiggy on this trail. 🙁 But there are two beer stops!
